By engaging Howerton Plumbing for any services or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all customers, visitors, and others who access or use our services in any capacity.

Howerton Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing, heating, HVAC, water heater, drain cleaning, and gas services throughout Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho.

All services are performed by licensed, bonded, and insured technicians. Our Washington State contractor license number is HOWERPI783D1.

Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse service in areas outside our coverage zone or for projects outside our scope of expertise.

We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are based on our assessment at the time of inspection and are subject to change if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work.

All pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins. We practice upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges.

For emergency services outside regular business hours, additional emergency service fees may apply. These fees will be disclosed before any work is performed.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Financing options are available for qualifying projects. Terms and conditions for financing are subject to approval by our financing partners.

For larger projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement.

Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Howerton Plumbing stands behind our work with a lifetime workmanship warranty on all labor performed by our technicians. If our work fails under normal use, we will repair it at no additional cost.

Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims must be reported to us promptly. We reserve the right to inspect the work before approving any warranty claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Howerton Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues not visible during our initial assessment unless specifically included in the scope of work.

We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.

We make every effort to arrive within scheduled time windows. However, due to the nature of plumbing emergencies, delays may occasionally occur. We will notify you of any significant delays.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to extreme weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Any hazardous conditions must be disclosed prior to the start of work.

We take every precaution to protect your property during service. In the rare event of accidental damage, Howerton Plumbing carries liability insurance to cover repairs.

Customers are responsible for clearing the work area of personal belongings and valuables before service begins.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Columbia County, Washington, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
